Carbide Burrs are also called milling cutter tungsten steel grinding head. Carbide rotary file is widely used in machinery, automobile, shipping, chemical industry, craft carving and other industrial sectors, with remarkable effect. Its main uses are:

Use of carbide rotary file:

Alloy grinding head is a general name for a small grinding tool with handle, which is used in electric grinder, hanging grinder and hand electric drill.

The material is alloy, which is a kind of material with metal characteristics composed of two or more kinds of metals or nonmetals. Generally, it is obtained by melting into uniform liquid and solidifying. According to the number of constituent elements, it can be divided into binary alloy, ternary alloy and multicomponent alloy. China is one of the earliest countries in the world to research and produce alloys. Bronze (copper-tin alloy) technology was very developed in the Shang Dynasty (more than 3,000 years ago). Around the 6th century BC (late Spring and Autumn Period), sharp swords (steel products) were forged (and overheated).

All types of alloy grinding heads have the following generality:

(1) the melting point of most alloys is lower than that of any constituent metal in its components;

(2) the hardness is higher than that of any metal in its components;

(3) The electrical and thermal conductivity of the alloy is lower than that of any component metal. Using this characteristic of alloy, materials with high resistance and high heat resistance can be made. Materials with special properties can also be made, such as adding 15% chromium and 9% nickel into iron to obtain a corrosion-resistant stainless steel, which is suitable for chemical industry.

(4) Some have strong corrosion resistance.
